Abstract
The Davis Machine & MFG company was first developed by Troy Davis in 1952 in Arlington,
TX in a garage ran by Davis. A single manual lathe was run by Davis while he also concentrated
on the quality of parts created and delivering them to his buyers. Davis Machine has changed in
ownership and leadership twice since its creation but has never changed its emphasis on
excellence and distribution. Their emphasis on said excellence and distribution has developed
and grown Davis facilities from the Arlington location to its Euless location where it grew from
one 30,000 square foot facility to another facility of 75,000 square feet. A leading manufacturer
