Case Study Analysis-The Pursuit of Happiness
Flexibility in the work place is a concept that is widely discussed in all work
environments and platforms. In actuality most employees prefer a flexible work schedule and
prefer this more than any other job benefit. The case study discusses the concept of flexibility
policies and approaches in the work place and how these either positively or negatively affected
