Organizational Structure
Structured organizations operate very differently from one another. Comparing and
contrasting several companies can show benefits as well as shortcomings for the ways those
same operations work. Implementation of marketing differs in each company, whereas the
finance and human resources departments may follow a professional standard. Every company
functions in a different manner that benefits the company as well as previously tested theories
they have tried before. This paper will use fast food restaurants as examples.
