Rockfest? Is it an advantage?
Project management is a key planning tool used sby a lot of organizations. This also applies to Hard
Rock Café. Since Hard Rock Café is continuously growing in the hotel and café industry, project
managers rely much on project management to maintain schedule and budget performance every time
they held the Hard Rock Café Rockfest. With the help of a project management tool, Hard Rock Café
would be able to appropriately plan and organize its Rockfest event. Thus, the event is held at right time
and at right place with mandatory participation of fans, bands, stakeholders and other important persons.
The Rockfest is able to smoothly communicate and work in partnership with its vendors. So they can
perform their assigned duties as scheduled. Project Management tools, good management, clear
responsibilities and timely reporting systems all are needed for the event to be a success.
