Research has helped our world figure out so many important things. Our
research has taught us what we didn’t understand and helped save many lives.
There are so many positive things that have come from research but sometimes the
process wasn’t so pretty. Unethical research was very common in the past, laws
weren’t in place to stop this research from happening. Many of the men behind the
research were doing it to make a name for themselves. They sought fame and a
chance to advance medicine. Terrible things happened while attempting to conduct
their research. The Nazis used to perform unethical experiments on innocent Jewish
