With the Great Depression and Great Recession eighty years apart, a lot can be compared
and contrasts. Overall both events created a mark in history and have produced unforgettable
events that will forever be remembered. There are ways in which these events could have been
prevented as well. There is also the economist who state that the recession of 2009 is now over.
When it comes to the Great Depression and Great Recession everyone can agree that it definitely
helped and hurt the United States.
