Below I have developed a Customer Benefits Package (CBP) for taking a trip to Disney World.
On top of the primary good of taking a trip to Disney world, there are a number of peripheral
services and goods that create more value for the person/people taking the trip. Disney World
offers seasonal firework shows at no additional cost, which many vacationers greatly value. With
the design of firework shows Disney must consider which time of year to offer them so that they
can maximize the amount of customers that receive this value. Many of the parks in Disney
World are filled with employees dressed up as different Disney Characters and will take pictures
