Who did you play for? My roommate B rock
What was their response? He enjoyed it, he had taken MUS 108 before freshman year so he was familiar
with Native American Flute. He said that I played well but to practice stronger breathing because at
some times the pitch was a little too high. Lowering the picth he said would make the song sound more
smooth.
How did it feel to you? I felt good about playing, I know I didn’t sound my best but I got good feed back
from someone with experience. I think he was right too at times my ears felt it was a little like a shriek.

The finding of the the flute and such an untoached area was a very rare find. The discovery was
important not just for Native Amercian culture but for archaeology to see the age of the flute and what
