Observing Rough Draft
I observed a park in Chardon, Ohio called Best Sand Park. This park is 101-arces and was
founded by Walter C. Best which was also a founder of the Best Sand Corporation located next
to the park. He was interested in waterfowl and preserving the natural habitat of the area. To
preserve his interest of waterfowl, he built a 30-acre lake in the 1960s. His wife, Edna May, died
