In my current position, I work as a Recruiting Administration Supervisor for the Hospital.
The setting in my workplace is ideal for observing people and their actions. At my workplace,
there are six of us supervisors and sixty-five recruiting administrators. My weekly hours are
from 9:30 AM until 11:30 PM, Saturday through Monday. There are four different shifts and I
primarily interact with just three of the shifts. My observations included employees with a start
time of 10 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM.
When the employees would enter for their shifts, there were many different patterns of
behavior. Generally, the older employees would show up about ten minutes before their shift
to get prepared. These employees would typically start by powering up their computer, logging
