Obama vs. Trump
Donald Trump’s vision is more materialistic as he has vision for America to
accelerate economy in order to create 25 million jobs in next ten years. He believes in
Americanism instead of globalism in order to make America great again. His vision in this
regard follows the construction of wall along the Mexican border; ban Muslims and
immigration of people from states or countries compromised by terrorism. He also has
planned to have tough stance against China. He is against free trade especially with Mexico
and China. He sees America as safer place under his presidency. Although he presented his
vision but did not explained how he would achieve it.
On the other hand Obama’s vision for America is optimistic and diverse. He has
broader vision for America which has long lasting effects on America. His initiatives like
climate change and health care the evidences of his great vision. He did not provoke racism
as Trump did rather he supported positive foreign policies. Under his presidency U.S made
good relationship with Europe. In past Bush had aggressive stance that’s why France and
Germany had tense relations with U.S.
