Nordstrom Inc is a Seattle-based retail chain department store, Nordstrom is well-known
for is its delivery of customer service beyond the norms of the retail industry. The management
of the business has been handed down from one generation of the Nordstrom family to the next.
The family affair perception of the business led the company to believe that customers must also
be treated like family. This began the unbelievable client benefit that Nordstrom gives to its
customers. Organizational culture refers to a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs
that show employees what is appropriate and inappropriate behavior. (Chatman, J. A., &
Eunyoung Cha, S. 2003).
Nordstrom strategy is the arrangement of moves that its administrators make to outflank
