Noram food is a part of Noram International which has 12 plants worldwide and each plant
has commitment to legalization of the country based in it
Noram Food is a major producer of different consumer food product including baby foods,
cereals and other canned products
Recently, Plant manager of Noram food Canada, is looking for new opportunities to
increase the revenue or reduce the cost, so, she founded that the weight control issue
represented a major opportunity for re-evaluation; also, she needs to know the impact of
changing the Noram’s policy on package weight.

The company current on weight control is that; at least 95% of all packaged net weights
shipped will be above the stated net weight, so, she discussed the situation with The
