Nest in the Wind Book Review
Nest in the Wind, by Martha Ward, was a very interesting book to read. I have to say that it is a
book that I normally wouldn’t have read. But I am glad I did. I already have found myself using
information from the book in my life. It has given me a better understanding of Island cultures. Who
and what they are and where they came from. It shows how western culture had impacted their way of
life in a negative way. But through everything that has happened to the little island of Pohnpei they still
preserve their culture and have adapted it to more of a modernized society.
