Introduction
The organization of Nike is well over 32 billion in net worth at this current time frame.
Nike is known as the world’s leading athletic apparel and shoemaker. Nike currently holds spot
number 14 on the Forbes list coming in with a 15% increase in revenue from just last year. I said
all this to say, that Nike is doing well in the area of sustainability, but every company does have
areas that they can improve in. My suggestions for Nike are to continue to focus on their social,
sustainability efforts, and environmental assets, because this is what keeps a company ahead.

Nike has faced many challenges when it comes to being a diverse company. There have
