A Application Case study
The case study provides in-depth examples that illustrate how prominent businesses and
organizations have attempted to implement the theoretical concepts students just have
learned. Case studies require students to use analytical and problem solving skills to
examine what has happened and why it has happened. The question promotes and
provides opportunity for critical thinking and reasoning.
Students are required get more information to understand the organization structure and
business processes, services or products they offered from the organization Website or
other sources like books, papers, magazines or journals.
a. Students are required to read the case study thoroughly.
b. Students are required to identify issues or problems, to find potential solutions and
recommend the best solution.
c. The case study questions will guide the students to lead to the analysis. Discuss all
the case study questions with complete analysis and reasons. Support the
answers based on all the references that have been reading. Include any figures or
tables or websites screen shots, which are relevant to your answers.
d. Summarize the lessons learned from the case.
e. Print screenshots of the Website that related to the issues in the case study.
B. Submission Requirements
It is group work comprises of maximum 4 students only.
The report:
Cover page with the title of assignment, members’ names, student ID and section
number
Describe the task assigned for each member
Table of content – Indicating page numbers
There must be Introduction, Body of Content (Questions) and Conclusion
Reference - Minimum of 5 references. At least 3 must be from book or journal and at
least 2 from Web reference. Use the correct citation format.(Harvard style)
Any figure and table included must have a caption.
Text times roman font 12 or equivalent
Line spacing 1.5 and page numbering
Use number heading section e.g. 1.1, 1.1.1, … 2.1, 2.1.1 …
