1) Role of Global Engagement Partner (GEP) at PwC?
Global Engagement Partners at PriceWaterHouseCoopers were responsible for all the client
relationships and external businesses of PWC. Global Engagement partners can become the partner in
PWC or they were already on the path of become one.
GEPs had were specific target like from creating a specialized team while considering the resources of
the company while delivering the work of a client and create a novel business ideas and implement
them. They were obliged to work in close coordination with CREs and figure out all the client’s needs to
efficiently execute their operations.
In short GEPs were allocated as the trusted advisors for clients and to understand their requirements
using need gap analysis and soft skills. GEPs were not involved in running the client projects but they
were responsible to maintain the good relationship with the clients and formulate the network with the
help of their effective communication skills across hierarchical levels across client companies.
As we know that GEPs were competent advisors for clients, they established integration between the
