strategy?
Answer: The competition from Redbox, and the online competitors like Apple,
Amazon, and Hulu will force Netflix to alter its strategy. Netflix does both rent-by-mail
options, and they are also a video streaming sector. Netflix’s early strategy was more
focused on ordering your DVDs online with expedited delivery. The new competition of
these digital content providers like Amazon Video, and Hulu made Netflix go from a
mostly rent-by-mail service to a streaming service, because of the decline of the DVD.
