In recent years, American government has increasing fiscal expenditure (financial crisis,
medical insurance, endowment insurance, military expenditure) and causing financial
deficit. So the government has to issue more national debts for assuaging financial deficit.
Nonetheless, the financial deficit proves to be a big trouble of American economy
development.
How did the unit states get into the trouble? There are some reasons of the situation. First,
when the “9.11″ (2001) and the Iraq War (2003) happened, than the United States keep
raising the military expenditure. Second, the unit states government has invested $700
billion dollars to save the financial crisis (2008). Third, as we know, the United States own
the great social security system around the world. So the government has to issue more
national debts for the rising of fiscal expenditure. Then we could see the negative effect of
the “circle” that “financial deficit – increase national debt – pays the interest of national
debt – financial deficit”.
The Democratic wants to keep rising the national debts to solve the financial deficit. And
the president (Obama) published the new medical insurance project (2012). By the way,
the Democratic also wants to decrease tax which will increase financial deficit. They just
