I. Introduction
A. NASA, the potential engine to carry human civilization past our current reach.
B. Proper funding and program guidance will be the deciding factor
C. Thesis: In recent history, NASA has been underfunded and disorganized with their
conduction of research and utilization of resources. These factors combined have
hindered the potential advancement of technology in many fields as well as the
human race as a whole. Only if all these factors are corrected, will the problem be
solved.
II. Problem Causes
A. Cause #1: The aim of programs in NASA have little to no actual use in the terms of
advancement of space and technology, which in turn wastes time and resources.
