Personal Teaching Philosophy — Version 1
Being a teacher is always considered as one of the most attractive and
challenging occupations in the world, because teachers disseminate knowledge and
skills to learners and educate them to be better persons. Different from other
professions, teachers are faced with living people instead of “products”. I believe the
great thing of education lies in that teachers are not allowed to produce “defective
goods” but to educate a real man.
I dreamed to be a qualified teacher when I was in primary school. I live in a
community where many of my neighbors are teachers, including a music teacher, a
maths teacher and a Chinese teacher. They take pride in “the most wonderful job on
