My Reflection Paper on Module I (Social Learning Theory)
Albert Bandura’s social learning theory imply that we learn behavior by observing and imitating
the work of others (Nabavi, 2012). The theory examines the influence of environmental and
cognitive factors to our learning process and behavior (Muro & Jeffrey, 2008). Albert Bandura
emphasizes that people learn by observing others. SLT suggest that human learn and imitate
behavior observed in other people described as models (Bandura, 1965). Reinforcement and
punishment can influence the demonstration of what we have learned. (Horsburgh & Ippolito,
2018; Nabavi, 2012).
