My Personal Statement
To whom it may concern ,
Over the past three years, I am grateful to have had the opportunity to serve in the united states air
force. Being in the Air Force has provided me with professional growth. In conjunction with my civilian
education, my professional military education has also served a vital role in my leadership development
which has inspired me to become a commissioned officer.
Throughout my time in the military, I have learned to become a versatile leader while executing the
unit’s mission. Since my arrival at Scott Air Force Base I has consistently demonstrated the qualities of a
successful Air Force Leader. My high degree of intelligence and competence stand among my peers,
motivating others by an example as demanded of an Air Force Officer. I have been recognized multiple
times by senior leaders; General Darren Mcdew and the USTRANSCOM Commander General CARLTON
Everhart for my professionalism and outstanding excellence. I am consistently enthusiastic, tough-
minded, self-assured, emotionally stable, enthusiastic, and empathetic. I can make difficult decisions,
the maturity to recognize the difference between empowering subordinates and coaching them in their
actions. I recognize that been an officer entails a responsibility far beyond my current rank. However, I
am fully prepared for such duty. I believe that (put a strong adage) I received a scholarship to attend
college, my first semester I was placed on the dean list. I continue to succeed b garnering awards such as
wining Airman of the quarter within nine months after arriving at my new duty location, Airman of the
year, My leadership skills portrait me to development many more traits to win Air Mobility Commander
Financial Management Airman of the quarter within two peak and was coined an recognized by the Air
Mobility commander General Everhart for my professional attitude and outstanding excellence. My
exceptional leader expertise, strong educational background, and ambitious attitude has shined
throughout my career.
