Nobody, Harry, and Mowgli: The Boys Who Lived
The reader can see that Nobody, Harry, and Mowgli all have several similarities as
well as differences. To begin, Nobody (“Bod”), Harry, and Mowgli are all boys that live in a
world different from others. Bod was raised in a graveyard after his parents were
murdered. He lived among ghosts, witches, ghouls, werewolves, and more. Harry was a
wizard and attended school at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It is no hiding
that he is different than most humans. Mowgli lived in the jungle and was raised by animals.
Each of these characters feel as if they do not belong in the world in which they were
