MY CULTURAL IDENTITY
DEFININTIONS AND MY VIEWS
Culture is defined as: everything that people have, think, and do as members of their
society in the book The Cultural Dimension of Global Business.
It’s no doubt that culture is the sum total of all the beliefs, values and norms shared by
a group of people passed from generation to generation. I still have some different and
special thoughts about it. From my point of view, culture is the self-cultivation rooted
in inner heart; is the conscious that doesn’t need to be reminded; is the freedom on the
premise of restraint; is the kindness for the sake of others. These four rules are what I
think that culture should have.
So what is cultural identity? Cultural identity is a tendentious consensus and
