MWB Inc. moves towards the age of digital automation to provide the most powerful, agile
and intelligent cars. The shift towards automation shall promise high quality and consistent
products for all consumers. As much as it will benefit the improvement of MWB Inc.’s products,
it shall also improve overall efficiency in the manufacturing processes. It is also forecasted and
estimated that this movement will cut labor costs by 50% and shall increase profits by 300%.
However, alongside with this, it shall bring about conflicts to the skilled employees of MWB Inc.
This proposal shall, then, address the areas related to the concerned employees.
Problem Statement
The shift towards automation shall affect the disposition of MWB Inc.’s employees as the
company is planning to cut its labor cost. This could possibly result to job displacement. As MWB
Inc. is engaged towards delivering good goods, organizing good work and creating good wealth,
