The first piece that we observed was Chopin: Fantasie-Impromptu Op. 66. This
piece is very powerful and invoked constituents of emotion. I enjoyed the climbing piano
and the fluidity of the piece. Often when I was first listening to Chopin I recieved a
feeling of awe and I found him impressive. His music is exciting and I can feel that
excitement when I am listening to his pieces. I think his pieces make me feel happy
emotionally. When I listen to Chopin I hear a royal sound; my imagination immediately
displays vivid purple garnished with a golden yellow. I imagine this song being played in
a beautiful throne room full of bright colors and people. I associate this song with
grandness and greatness. Chopin naturally brings back a ton of memories for me. I have
been listening to Chopin since I was fairly young and have always enjoyed his work.
