Motivation
Paragraph I
Motivation? What is motivation? Motivation is the explanation of why people behave the
way they do. There are a number of different types of motivation. In the work place people are
only motivated as much as they want to be. It is the manager’s duty to then find out what
motivates individuals and then put into action. In this paper I will go over the main types of
motivation, a major problem some managers have, and the resolution to the problem.
