The Motivation
• Many people incorrectly view motivation as a personal trait – that is, some have it and others do not.
• Motivation focus to organizational goals in order to reflect our singular interest in work – related behavior.
• The word of motivation has its roots from the Latin word ” movere ” which means push or move that included studies
motivation to try to determine goals and factors specific act .
• The state of inside concentration and affect that push the member to achieve goals.
Motivation
:
The process that account for individuals intensity , direction and persistence of effort toward
Attaining goals, especially an organizational goal.
Motivation
:
Is the result of the interaction of the individual and the situation.
The Classification of Motivation:
1. Intensity
:
The ability to bear all hard conditions in the little time and to reach the top .
2. Direction
:
Focus efforts to attain goals.
3. Persistence
:
Selecting important points and depending on these.
Motivation Jobs :
1/ The motivation has activation function that work on energizing member and directing it into the org. goal .
2/ The motivation has also directive job that works as plans to members that focus the individuals behavior .
3/ The motivation works as orientation to member.
Motivation kinds :
1. Physical motivation
:
This kind is called the initial & basic motivation like , thirst and hunger .
2. Social motivation
:
This kind is acquired from the environment and individual frame of civilization in which he lives .
