Motivate to Improve
Employee motivation and job performance go hand in hand with one another. If employees are
not motivated to do their jobs, then the performance and output will suffer. This will affect the
company from achieving the goals it has set. “The organization should be motivating their
employees for the best performance or for achieving the organizational goals” (Zameer, 2014,
pg. 1). Management should address what will motivate its employees if it wants to be successful
because it will increase performance. Low motivation and low performance does not only affect
the organization, it affects the consumer. It is time that management learns to motivate the
employees.
