Abstract
This paper talks about three natural phenomena and the disasters caused from these
phenomena all over planet Earth. It talks about the kinds of resources that are available to
allocate toward monitoring natural phenomena resources on the internet for monitoring natural
phenomena and the types of technology use that involves monitoring the phenomena for such
disasters like, earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, global climate, and weather. It talks about the
impact that these natural phenomena and disaster have on the economy and Politian’s and what
the government is during about to protect and warn future citizens of the world, and the impacted
from natural technology on other countries that have these different type of technology and the
ones without natural disaster technology and what the world is doing to help these poor countries
to prepare themselves before these disaster strike their communities.

Identify Three Different Natural Phenomena Responsible for Natural Disasters
Natural phenomena are described as a rare occurrence, unusual, abnormal, significant fact
or event of a person or thing that are not artificial in other words it is not man made, and when
humanity is harm from these hazardous threats, they are called a natural disaster. Professor
Stephen A. Nelson wrote in an article back in 2014, stating that there would be no natural
disasters if it were not for humans, because without humans these events that occurs would be
consider only natural events (Nelson, 2014).
Several natural disasters reported globally has increased considerably over the past three
decades and every year these disasters that are related to meteorological, hydrological and
climate hazards have cause a significant loss of lives or properties, and set the economy back by
its losses and social development for years.
Natural disasters such as earthquakes, tidal waves (tsunamis), hurricanes, volcanic
eruptions (lava, ashes, rock), floods, droughts, epidemics, forest fires, erosion, explosions, oil
and chemical spills. When these phenomena occur, there is generally a sequence of events that
produce a major catastrophe that caused many deaths and affects the economy globally, these
serious of event has and will cause damage to the infrastructure and work under construction,
and losses of material goods.
Research has shown that ninety per cent of these natural disasters was caused by hazards
related to weather, climate or water such as droughts, floods, windstorms, tropical cyclones,
storm surges, extreme temperatures, landslides and wildfires. Health epidemics and insect
infestations are believed to be linked directly to meteorological and hydrological conditions as
well. Three natural phenomena that occurs comes from weather, tornadoes, and natural disasters
such as hurricanes.

How Natural Phenomenon are Monitored
Resources available such as the radio are equipped with based active and passive remote
sensors, which are used as the main tools to obtain environmental data by measuring the level
and parameters of natural and artificial radio waves, which inherently contain information about
the environment and climate monitoring, disaster predictions and detections, it is also used for
mitigating the negative effects of such disasters that they have been in contact with. Technology
for forecasting extreme weather have advanced in recent decades. Lubchenco and Hayes (2012)
wrote in an article that researchers and engineers at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration have been working to enhance radars, satellites and supercomputers to give
enough warning times for tornadoes, thunderstorms and to better determine hurricane intensity
and forecast floods giving humanity plenty of time to absorb the news, gather their families, and
