Mother’s Memorable Meal
My mother was raised in a southern family who had owned a farm, so cooking was
something she learned from a very early age. I have so many memories of wonderful aromas that
would fill our home most mornings and almost every evening for dinner. She was never afraid to
try something new; however, there is one dish that she made often throughout my childhood that
is the most memorable to me, this was her version of beef stir-fry. Unfortunately, my mother
