The results of the personality assessment state that I have slight preference of extraversion over
introversion, have slight preference of intuition over sensing, have moderate preference of feeling over
thinking, have marginal or no preference of judging over perceiving. When reading the full description, it
basically says that I value all types of relationships and put the needs of others before my own. It also
says that I am capable of juggling many different responsibilities or projects at once. This is true for me
because I am working full time at a factory where my position requires me to learn many different jobs,
and I am going to college online. While doing both of these things, I am maintaining a romantic
relationship and relationships with my friends. I fully agree with this personality type and description,
and I think it fits me well. The work atmosphere I would be best in given the results is one involving
interpersonal affairs. The test says that I am organized in this area and often draw conclusions about
people and motives very quickly. Recently, I have been considering getting a degree involving social
services after I complete my accounting degree. I have always enjoyed working with people, and believe
that the assessment shows I would be good at it and, therefore, fits with my ultimate work goals. I am
motivated by many different things, including the needs of others, and being a helper and enabler. I am
not sure what the professor’s MBTI type is, but I would say it involves helping other people and being
extraverted.
