series and the prequels, Fantastic Beasts

recently been made with more CGI and special effects to attract younger
audiences. This is a strategy used by the producers to get more people to
watch the new movies and to get more money. From what I have seen in the
trailers for the new movie Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald,
there
is a lot of CGi and special effects used, more than in the beginnings of the
harry potter series. A lot more money is invested into these movies to get
more people to watch them which then turns into more money for the
producers.
2. No, I don’t believe that the special effects and CGIs in Avatar
are gratuitous.
The use of CGI was used to make this movie one that entertains and shows
the audience what has happened in the past. This movie is about mankind
relocating and taking over the homes of an alien kind for money. This
problem is very similar to the ones that have happened in real life. A great
example of this would be the way that the Americans treated the Indians.
With the use of CGI, this movie is able to show this problem all while making
it not too realistic. It is subtle and its enough of the audience to enjoy the
movie, but also realize the problems that has happened if they analyze this
movie enough.
