I am writing to express my interest in the 2018 Summer Worker Program that I was referred to by a current Pfizer
Inc. employee. As a sophomore graduating in May 2020, I am currently pursuing a triple major in Marketing,
Finance, and Management at the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. I believe I
possess the key skills that you prioritize in candidates to achieve success in the day-to-day operations within the
Summer Worker Program.
In addition to my course work, my involvement in several organizations has allowed me to develop the skills that I
can bring to your prestigious organization. As the Chief Marketing Officer of the Forever Orange Student Alumni
Council, as well as serving as the Lead Brand Manager for Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, I have learned to manage
my time very efficiently. With tackling these responsibilities, on top of my concentrated course schedule, I have
frequently prioritized my time to meet short deadlines with the ultimate goal of strong brand-recognition and social
outreach for each of these organizations to thrive on-campus.
These experiences, along with my ability to communicate efficiently makes me confident that I can thrive in Pfizer’s
competitive program. I have had several opportunities to establish and broadcast my leadership skills within the local
