Mock Search Committee Member Project
While reviewing the resume from the six applicants, I chose the top three candidates. I chose
Adam Sciuto, Chris Harrison, and Shelly Cooper. Adam’s resume was impressive at first glance. The
resume had appropriate margins and length. Upon reading through the resume, I was further
impressed. He was one of the only applicants that had a objective was an appropriate length with fitting
information. Not only is Adam proficient in the basic computer skills need for the job, but also has a
great social media presence. The resume seems very customized to the job that he is applying for based
on section titles and specified experience. Chris’s resume is well organized as well. Chris did
exceptionally well with his use of bold, italics, and underline. It makes it very easy to follow. His
