Video 1: For video 1, I believe all 10 steps of creating a questionnaire are important. All 10
steps will help a person design a questionnaire. It is hard to choose just 1 important step. I
believe steps 1-4 are the most important to focus on when creating a questionnaire. If these
4 steps are taken into consideration, the questionnaire should have a good response rate.
Video 2: For video 2, all material discussed is important. The most important part of the
video for me though was the Questionnaire Structure section. The questionnaire layout is a
close 2nd, as both tie in together when designing a questionnaire. I believe the structure is
the most important because, if the questionnaire is not structured/formatted correctly, the
response rate of the survey will be low. It is crucial to include a title and introduction to
provide info about the questionnaire and ensure legitimacy of the survey. It is important to
have different sections throughout the questionnaire, rather than just having one big survey
not broken up. It is important to also remember to put the more difficult and sensitive
answers at the end of the survey. If they are at the beginning, a respondent may be turned
off and not take the time to fill out the survey.
