Product #1: Shoes (ALDO)
Why did you buy a particular product instead of a competing one?
When it comes to buying shoes, I will have to admit that is not only about the brand of the
product but also about the quality. This me I went with the brand ALDO, there wasn’t really a main
reason of why I went to this parcular store, I knew that I needed/wanted to buy a pair of shoes, and I
kind of had in mind what was it that I was looking for. But like I said before there are many brands that I
know that consistently deliver and provide great looking shoes that also are of great quality. So I went to
the 3 di(erent malls, tried di(erent stores and look around unl I found something that really convinced
me. I went to Aldo, and saw them ask for my shoe size number they told me they did not had those in
my number but that I could try a di(erent color and if I like how they felt they could order it online on
the color that I liked, which is what I did. They didn’t charge me for shipping and I think this is an
example of great customer service.
Describe the packaging? What emotions or thoughts does the packaging trigger?
Even though I haven’t received the item yet, like I said before. they use the same packaging for
all their shoes, which is a completely white shoe box, with the le,ers “ALDO” in black color on top, I
