Obedience is an extremely complex subject, and to this day psychologists still don’t fully
understand it. Nevertheless, the Milgram experiments have proven to be some of the most
enlightening and revolutionary obedience studies out there. This book provides a vast amount of
information about not only obedience but people in general as well. A lot of the information in
this book is very shocking, but at the same time very interesting. The two studies chosen for
summary and analysis were Experiment 7: Closeness of Authority and Experiment 8: Women as
Subjects.
