Part I
So big bad George has designed and created a device which on its face will be able to
determine if people are secretly aliens from another planet hiding among us throughout society.
This great invention is called “UWannaUs?”. George’s great short and long term plan is to
establish a company that will buy into his grand master plan to try and sell one million of these
devices, and become rich in the process. So with all of that being said, George has to now look at
the legal business side of this plan. George is looking at three options for intellectual property
that would apply to his scenario. They would be a utility patent, a trademark, and the trade
secret.
