Q1: What business that you visit regularly seems to have the most successful business
model? What makes the business model work?
There are many businesses which are very successful, and we visit almost daily in our routine
life. But the food chain businesses such as restaurants, International food chains e.g. McDonalds,
Kfc etc. Are the examples of successful business models. There are different types of business
models like; direct sales, advertising based, franchising, brick and mortar stores these are the
types of traditional business models. In the present area where business is shifting online and
where technology makes our life easier, there are hybrid models as well such as combine internet
retail with brick and mortar stores or with sporting organization like Nike, Adidas, under armor.
Along with that as I discuss above the food chain business which I think is successful business in
these days. Because food is our essential need for living life so there are many elements to
successful these business model;
