Summary:
This article is introducing the new business coming to Hemingford, Nebraska that
will bring a whole new variety of food that Hemingford has never seen before.
Throughout this article, it goes into detail the reasons why the owner, Roger Christianson,
came to the business conclusion to open a hero themed restaurant as well as why he
decided to serve pizza and subs. While reading this article, I could relate many of the
ideas that Christianson mentions to the terminology that we have learned in Chapter 1.
“All that’s left to do is some paperwork
and getting the food in the coolers ready to
make(Ningen).”
I found this quote to relate to what we have
been studying this past week because this is
a direct quote from the new owner to
exemplify that opportunity cost takes into
effect before the doors even open. In this
case, the owner must buy all of the
ingredients for the coolers in order to make
