Statement of Purpose
Let’s face it. The term “Globalization” has been overused, and often misused. In fact, we might say that
it has actually been devalued to the level of the everyday language of buzzword-brandishing marketing
pundits. Such freewheeling usage has perhaps prompted many a CEOs (or future CEOs) to launch into
a global plan or strategy without proper consideration of the demands and dynamics of the international
marketplace. Many would-be globetrotters neglect the acquisition of language skills, knowledge of
foreign trade and tax laws, accounting standards, etc., all of which are necessary to effectively “Go
Global.” Superficial knowledge only leads to failure.
This has, indeed, happened, and while there is no doubt that neglecting to capture the gains achievable
in overseas markets is equally suicidal, misguided attempts at competing globally (along with rapidly
developing opportunities in the global marketplace) have placed a dramatic premium on individuals
who take the time to properly train themselves in international business. For me, the _______ is a
significant component of this training
Having Microbiology as a major during my undergraduate studies and graduation in Business
Administration, has sharpened my mind. After completing my Post Graduation, I started working with
world # 1 Hr staffing company – Adecco Flexione and I grew and moved ahead with time and changing
world scenario. With 6 years of work experience I have learned and known the industry in close
quarters.
Though I am proud of my academic achievements, my greatest rewards came from my working
experience because they were all a learning experiences in themselves. I have strong quantitative and
analytical skill sets which act as my support backing up power and an everlasting confidence to tackle
advanced problems. Experience gained during my work has given a new shape to analyze things and
helps me decide on the better path to the goal. However, sound perception, dedication, determination,
leadership qualities and a strong will power holds the key and that’s where I take pride. However I have
achieved success in work and it is because of that I stand today in an era of confidence and
commitment. I have always made a sincere attempt to accomplish excellence.
This has been the guiding philosophy of my life so far. The philosophy that has built me not only as an
achiever in my career, but also a loving husband, a dependable friend and most importantly a complete
human being.
