1. What is the structure or setup of the Human Resources Department in your company?
a. Saint Mary’s have a contact order hierarchy. The Human Resources department
branches out into Human Resources New Hire Coordinator, Recruiter, HR
coordinator, and HR Analyst. Employees with specific request, questions, or concerns
would have to go through different branches in order complete their request.
2. What services do they provide?
a. As mentioned before the Human Resources Department in Saint Mary’s has
difference branches as well. Services include recruiting, orientation for new hires,
events such as training, data entry, scanning, and organizing multiple process
enhancement projects. These are services in a nutshell. Human Resources deal with
employers and employees overall.
3. How do they impact your company’s business?
a. Human Resources impacts a huge aspect especially within a hospital. Human
Resources is making sure there is enough nurses, doctors, interns, volunteers to be
able to cover the patient’s day to day. Human resources are hugely about hiring and
setting up training for new employees and on top of that monitoring their
performance.
4. When or how have you used their services?
a. Human Resources do set up counseling services. As a person in health care during
