In modern business environment, the safety standard of products and concern of
customer safety draw people attention including businesses, customers, and authorities. In
fact, there are numerous cases that relating to this issue are controversy which lead
manufacturers have to take into consideration about their duty. In fact, product liability
system is an approach, that offer manufacturers legal framework relating to quality of
products and customers’ safety to applied during their mass production. According to Baron
(2013), there are three main features that reflect the characteristic of the system including
warranty, strict liability, and negligence. As two sides of a coin, in fact, regardless of
consciousness of unconsciousness during producing, developing, and distributing products,
