METHODOLOGY
We are carrying out the several method to identify the background and potential of
Emzek company. Data were obtained from the owner of the Emzek company in University
Utara Malaysia’s (UUM) by using personal interview and telephone interview. According (B.
Miller, 2017) a personal interview can refer to a few different things. It may refer to a job
interview in which an individual meets one on one with a hiring manager or human resources
personnel. Using this method, we get the information about the background, capital, growth and
others of Emzek company. We are meet twice time with the owner Emzek. First meeting at the
grocery store at BSN to get general information about the company. Then the second interview
we meet at café BSN to get more detail information about the company. For instance, how they
invest their capital to start their business, how their manage the company and others.
In addition, the other method that we are use is telephone interview. According (Malcolm
Tatum, 2017) telephone interviews have become one of the most popular ways to conduct a one–
on-one meeting when geography presents a challenge. Essentially, this is simply a situation in
which a telephone call is used to create the foundation for an interactive meeting in which one
party is conducting an interview with a second party. Using this method, we use several of
media social to collect the data about the company. Our group use the WhatsApp and Yahoo
Mail to communicate with the owner. This method is very helpful because it easy, faster and
lower cost. We all also use the personal call with the owner Emzek to get fast respond. With this
