Mental illness is a health condition that involves changes in emotion, thinking, or
behavior. The condition is attributed with distress and issues operating in social or family
activities. The mentally ill patients that I have been able to deal with in the Egde Water Mental
Health Rapid Access Center revealed different behaviors. The behaviors that the patient revealed
were changes in the emotion of the patients, change in behavior, and change in thinking. In
addition, there also worrying behaviors such as increased fears and worries and high mood
changes (Townsend, & Morgan, 2017). The behaviors are harmful to the patients and need to be
managed well before they escalate to unmanageable levels. During the contract and all the roles
