Men’s Wearhouse Survey:
In an attempt to prove that money was the leading factor in motivating people to seek new employment
opportunities, a survey was conducted. The survey gathered data on employees’ satisfaction levels,
motivation factors and importance of various other factors in comparison to financial incentives. The
survey was designed using Google Forms; a Google tool that can conduct, share and analyze the results of
a survey. The demographic the survey polled was twenty-five Men’s Warehouse employees in the
Southern New Hampshire area. The survey takers were separated into four ranges based on tenure. For
the sake of drawing conclusive results based on the limited participants, the results have been combined
into two categories: <1-5 and 5+ years of tenure.
Of the twenty-five participants, eleven had been employed with Men’s Wearhouse for <1-5 years, and
fourteen had been employed over five years. Because it would not have been possible to conduct a
census of all Men’s Wearhouse employees in Southern New Hampshire, the twenty-five participants are,
