SUBJECT: New Mobile Solution
You recently discussed with me the opportunity to upgrade the mobile solution for this company.
One of the main problems that the company and your account managers face is the ability to
quickly communicate with one another. The problem can be easily fixed with some minor
purchases. I have prepared a statement with multiple different options in tablets and plans. For
your convenience I have singled out a few different tablets that would best fit the needs of the
company. I have also narrowed down all of the potential carriers to just two. With the addition of
these devices, communication from one manager to another will be simplified.
The reason I wrote this memo is because I feel that this company is a little behind
technologically and this acute change should benefit the company greatly. By upgrading the
mobile solution, this company will continue to grow and will be able to communicate with each
other with ease. I have narrowed down the choice of carriers to two, AT&T and Verizon. Both of
these carriers are by far the best when it comes to service and prices so I don’t think discussing
any other carrier would be beneficial at this time. Along with these two carriers, I will compare
three devices as well. These devices are: iPad mini 3, Samsung Galaxy Tab S, and Sony Xperia
