“There’s a first time for everything.” One of my most memorable experiences so far in
my life was getting my first apartment with my cousin. We both grew up in Covina area
so we knew we wanted to move somewhere different somewhere closer to the city and
less in the suburbs. Finding somewhere that we liked and also fitted into our budgets
was harder than I thought. We looked at different renting websites and even drove
around the areas we liked the most and tried to find leasing signs. Until finally by
miracle we went to look at an apartment we saw while driving which ended up being too
small for our liking. As we were walking back to our car a gentleman approached us
asked if we were looking to rent and that he is actually an agent and had an apartment
in Los Feliz for rent and thought it would be perfect us. Of course in the beginning we
